When checks run
- A check starts about 10 seconds after a study version saves.
- Some recruitment changes also start a check.
- Opening the editor starts a check if the latest check covers an older version.
- The status under Setup suggestions shows Updating…, Outdated, or Up to date.
- When the status is Outdated, click the refresh icon to run a check now.
Severity
- Warning: The study may not work, or the data may be wrong. Warnings are rare.
- Recommendation: A change that improves data quality. Most issues are recommendations.
- A concept is never shown to participants (warning).
- A closing message asks a question (recommendation).
- A question asks for an email address while incentives are on (recommendation).
Fix or dismiss an issue
- Click Show details to read the full explanation.
- Click Fix with AI to send the issue to the chat. The chat opens.
- To dismiss an issue, click the X icon on its card.
- If the chat fixes the issue, the issue leaves the list. If the chat cannot fix it, the issue stays.
- Dismissed issues move under Show dismissed issues. Click Restore to bring one back.
- Later checks try not to raise a dismissed issue again.
Fix with AI is off while the chat is writing. On an older version of the study, question issues are hidden and Fix with AI is off.
