Listen analyzes your study as responses come in. Open your study and use the study sidebar to move between the analysis tabs. Each tab does a different job.
  • Responses: read each response, with its transcript. See Interview grid and transcripts.
  • Question Analysis: read one analysis for each question in your study. See Question Analysis.
  • Reels: watch and share video clips. This tab appears when the study supports reels. See Reels.
  • Chat: ask questions in plain English. The chat can also make memos, decks, and charts. See Research Agent.
  • Report: read a written summary organized around your study goals. See Report.

Where to start

  1. Open the Report tab for the big picture.
  2. Open Question Analysis to check each question.
  3. Use Chat to ask follow-up questions or to make a memo or deck.

Segments and emotions

Segments split your responses into groups, so you can compare them. Emotions show the feelings that participants express. Both appear inside the tabs above.
