The Account page is where you manage your profile, security, email notifications, and API keys. To open it, click Account in the menu at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Profile

  • Name: Update your display name at any time.
  • Email: The email address for your Listen account. If you sign in with SSO, the address shows “(SSO)”.
  • Role: Your role in the current workspace. Read more in Seat Types & Permissions.

Security

  • Change password: Click Change password next to your email address. This option is hidden for SSO users.
  • Two-factor authentication: Require a code from an authenticator app when you sign in. This section is hidden for SSO users.

Email Notifications

Turn email notifications on or off for:
  • First Responses: The first 10 responses of a new study.
  • Study Completion
  • Study Paused: Your study paused automatically because of a low incidence rate.
  • Quota Updates
  • Study Import
  • Report Ready: A report you requested has finished.
  • Presentation Ready
  • Workspace Access Requests: Someone requests access to a workspace you administer. Admins only.

Developer

The Developer section manages API keys for your workspace. Only admins can create or manage API keys. Other members see a message that says so. To create an API key:
  1. Click Create API key.
  2. Copy the key now. You will not be able to see it again.
The table lists each key with its Created, Created by, and Last used dates. To remove a key, click the delete icon in its row. To get started with the API, see Get API Access.
