Where you see emotions
Question Analysis: Open the Emotional Intelligence section near the top of the page. Turn on Show emotion on responses to see emotion badges on each response. Each question: Open a question with open-ended answers or a concept. Its Emotional analysis section has an Explore emotions button. Quote wall: Use the Quote view menu and choose Group by emotions. You can also filter by emotion in the Emotions list. This option appears when emotion data is available. A single response: Emotion badges show the emotions found in that response. Click a badge to jump to that moment. The Emotional Analysis panel shows the Visual, Vocal, and Semantic results.Tips
- Read the transcript around an emotional moment. An emotion shows a signal. It does not prove what the participant meant.
- Look at sudden shifts. A change from positive to negative, or the reverse, often marks a point to check more closely.
- Use the strongest signals first. Listen shows only emotions at strength 3 or higher.
