The Report is a written summary of your study. It is organized around your study goals. Use it to check whether the study met its goals. The report has two parts:
  • Executive summary: a short overview of your study goals, your key findings, and who you talked to.
  • Insight sections: one section for each insight. Each section can include charts, quotes, and reels.
For question-by-question detail, use Question Analysis.

Automatic reports

Listen creates a report for you as responses are analyzed. A new automatic report is made when your study reaches these counts of analyzed responses:
  • 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100
  • After 100: 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 750, and 1,000
Each new automatic report replaces the previous one. Reports that you save stay in the list. An automatic report is titled Listen Labs Report. You cannot edit it. To change it, create a copy.
