Use Workspace Settings to manage your team and set defaults for your studies. For roles, see Seat Types & Permissions.

Open Workspace Settings

  1. In the sidebar, click Workspace.
  2. If you are an Admin or Supervisor, a number next to Workspace shows pending access requests.

Workspace

  • Name shows your workspace name. Admins and Supervisors can edit it. Changes save automatically.
  • Team members lists everyone with access. Only Admins and Supervisors see this card.
    1. Click Invite members. Add email addresses, choose a role for each, then click Invite.
    2. Change a role in the Role column. The last Admin cannot change role.
    3. Open the menu on a person’s row, click Remove User, then click Remove to confirm.
  • Workspace Discoverability lets people whose email domain matches a member’s domain request to join. It is on by default. Only Admins and Supervisors see and change it. Pending requests appear in a table. Click Approve or Deny on each one.
Workspaces on a self-serve plan can have up to 10 members. To add more, contact the Listen team.

Study configuration

These settings apply to studies in this workspace. Admins and Supervisors can change them. Other members can view them.
  • Study branding sets default Text, Buttons, and Background colors, and a logo. Studies can override them.
  • Participant cooldown sets how many days, from 0 to 90, a participant waits after a study before taking another. The default is 7. Set 0 to turn cooldowns off by default. Each study can set its own Participant cooldown in its study settings.
  • Presentation templates lets you upload .pptx templates. Their styles and layouts apply to generated slides. See Workspace Presentation Templates.
  • Study guidelines and Analysis guidelines give the AI standing instructions. See Workspace Guidelines.
  • Standard disclaimers hold disclaimer text for each language. Click Add language, choose a Language, and enter the Disclaimer text and Acknowledgment checkbox text. Leave the optional Title blank to use “Disclaimer” in the participant’s language. Then click Save disclaimer.
Studies turn on their own Standard disclaimer setting. People who can edit the study can change it. The workspace needs disclaimer text in every language the study offers first.
Cooldown does not apply to studies that allow multiple responses per participant.
